[theme-reviewers] [WordPress Themes] Kippis 1.13.3 is now live

My german translator noticed something strange.

The description for the theme is from the previous, 1.13.1 version, but 
the theme zip is the right one.
The only difference between the two versions is  the german language 
files, so it is somewhat annoying that the description of the theme 
lacks info about that. It's there, in both style.css and readme.txt in 
the zip file, just not in the description at 
http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/kippis
Why is that? And can I fix it?
