[theme-reviewers] XML theme

It's different from a simple feed since it's the whole website (index,
single, archives, categories) wich is created on the fly by the theme.

I understood that the theme must be contain all necessary plugins etc to be
distributed.

I'll try to make this version and submit it here for validation.
