[theme-reviewers] Featured and Most Popular Themes

Hello.
Just curious to know how do the 'Featured Themes' and 'Most Popular' themes
are arranged.

Are the 'Featured Themes' arranged manually or are randomly rotated? What
is the criteria to pick some theme as Featured? and how often they are
changed?

Are the 'Most Popular' themes arranged every week or what? If a theme is in
the list of most popular themes, it will obviously get much more downloads
than the theme on the other pages because its on front page and gets more
attention, so even if you rotate the themes for next week, the theme which
were already in Most Popular during last week would get have downloads
because they were on front page?
