Okay, I made a minor tweak that should help the admins do the sync a
bit easier.

I also went through about 80-odd themes and synced them. Another
couple hundred to check, but with this tweak, it doesn't really take
all that long to do. I'll run through the rest which are awaiting and
see if there's any more process improvements I can make.
