[theme-reviewers] Please make my theme live

Hi Emil,

Can't we make automatic publish for new version of approved themes and
which is just a minor changes. I think it's little odd to wait for 7 days
just for new version update where the changes is just a 1 day of work and
updates takes 7 days.

Can we make it little easy. Can you look at this:
