This seems to be the best Release Notes that I can find: http://codex.wordpress.org/Version_3.4. I have a question that’s probably answered in Otto’s blog post (http://ottopress.com/2012/how-to-leverage-the-theme-customizer-in-your-own-themes/; but I haven’t reached the end of that yet). My most popular theme has had support for custom colours for a long time, and this is done using my own UI which predates the new customisation UI in 3.4. Does anyone know if the impressive new customisation UI can be used to configure colours for arbitrary elements (i.e., can I add elements, using CSS selectors, to the list of elements that appear on the left bar)?
