[theme-reviewers] Please make my theme live

Well, it would be great if the person who has the access can publish
it as soon as its approved so people don't have to wait (queue them if
need be). I have been seeing people waiting for 4-5 days/ some even 2
weeks like the email before not knowing what to do. I had to email for
my theme before and while I am recommending other people to wait for
sometime, they eventually had to email too. Just thinking it would be
easier process. Thanks.
