Sir. The coding you have for the link for the style.css is *not* in the twentyten theme as it is written.
The admin-menu.php is *not* in the twentyten theme.
The enqueu’ing of the bundled jquery is *not* in the twentyten theme.
The comments are closed, you have CSS that display: none;’s it, which again is *not* in the twentten theme ( .nopassword, .nocomments { display: none; } )

So now we are going on insults?
Okay. No, I am not being a dick, or drunk and in fact, I am having a great day, or had actually, it’s night time here.
I am just sick of kids on power trips thinking they have it all worked out.
Yet, you kids are still not answering my question. WHY IS TWENTYTEN an approved THEME?
I have actually researched and it appears every theme that is based on twentyten is “Not Approved”. Yet, again, twentyten is an approved theme, which is distributed with WordPress. See my point? I guessed not because you are blinded by your ego.
I have just spoken to a WordPress theme developer from N.Ireland who also agrees that the fact that twentyten is indeed an approved theme when it is not within the requirements of WordPress coding, is a little OTT.
Nuff said on the matter. Theme has been denied and denied it shall stay.
Now get on with your drawings of matchstick men.
