Geez, so much arguing. ;) Bottom lines: - Themes should use get_stylesheet_uri() to get the URI of the stylesheet. - If a theme is not using this, then the author should be told to use it. - It's not super-critical enough to fail a review over this issue alone, but the theme should fix it in a future version.
