It looks like poor "ad copy" wording. To the best of my knowledge the theme
readily supports being installed in a MultiSite environment; the Dev
license gets access to the PageLines support team (IIRC) where they will
offer more services and help if there are issues with setting anything up.
... and I agree, it is a PageLines issue to address first.
