[theme-reviewers] PressWork 1.0.3

I know that Otto requested that no requests be sent to the email list until
a week has passed, and that's fine. However, I think 1-2 days is reasonable,
and don't want to lower the expectation to which the admins should hold
ourselves for performing the synchronization.
