Your Theme may take a day or two to go "live" in Extend.

I would suggest ==> Your Theme will go "live" in Extend within one week.

This way, you exceed expectations when theme goes live in 1-2 days. At the
same time, it give breathing room to those who manually approve the theme
especially.when theme is approved by a reviewer on a Thursday or Friday.
