[theme-reviewers] XFN profile link in <head> with <!DOCTYPE html>

If that is the *only* issue, I wouldn't "fail" a review for that reason
alone. I'd merely require that it be fixed in the next revision. If there
are other issues, then it becomes a judgement call, based on the number and
severity of issues.
