[theme-reviewers] Need Help about "Reviewer" Privilege

Hello to All,
Hopefully doing well.

I am reading about "Getting the Review Queue Back on
Track<http://make.wordpress.org/themes/2011/12/15/getting-the-review-queue-back-on-track/>".
It is an excellent idea to speed up the Review process. I need help about,

   - I have seen my username "lifeobject" in the comment of Chip Bennett
   for "Reviewer" privilege so how can i assign ticket to myself?
