[theme-reviewers] Need Help about "Reviewer" Privilege

The short version:

   - Login to Trac.
   - Choose an appropriate ticket.
   - Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Modify Ticket"
   - Choose "reassign to" and enter you username.

Go forth and review!
