[theme-reviewers] Process and flow

Thanks for the note a few minutes ago, Joseph.  It was very helpful.

As I mentioned earlier today, I started working on some wiki 
documentation on the process (http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review).  
I will admit that I have not submitted a theme to the directory myself, 
and would find it useful to have a general understanding of the 
process.  I was wondering if someone else could shed a bit of light on 
how the process works, step-by-step, either on the wiki, or in some 
other way (I could put it there if others found that helpful).
