[wp-hackers] Themes breaking plugins?

Are there any other things to check besides function name uniqueness 
(ie. a somewhat-unique prefix) and general hook availability?

This doesn't need a group looking over themes--definitely not a listed 
of 'verified themes'--just a pseudo-validator of sorts.
