[wp-hackers] wp-mail.php fixes

I've mailed off a diff to Ryan with my fixes to wp-mail.php. Things I
fixed:
Will now process more than one email in the queue.
Mail server timezone munging has been accounted for.
Will now handle SMS to email gateway mails properly.
Post slugs are now added to email posts.

This should go a long way to fixing any complaints about posting by
email & SMS.
