 @hnla gotcha , so is that flaw you mentioned even something to worry about
 though? i mean don't we need that do_action? and isn't it the dev's
 responsibility to ensure it works properly in their respective theme if we
 don't have the option of doing anything else with it? are there any other
 options of how to contain everything?

 sorry i guess my generally lack of coding expertise may be hindering my
 understanding somewhat here.
