[bbDev] i18n, and a small (as in mostly cosmetic) bug (?)

Hi folks,

I'm currently trying to get a working .mo file for bbPress in Dutch.
So far, I haven't been able to find a ready-made .po(t) file, so I've
xgettext'd my own. Seems to have worked like a charm, and I'm happily
translating away. I've run into two things (at this moment):

- When I'm done, where do I put the .mo file? And how do I tell
bbPress to actually use it? (I believe I have seen the answer to this
floating around the interwebs, but I'm unable to find it back)

- There seems to be an error in the installation instructions, OR in
the way bbPress wants it's files organized: the small blurb of text
that you see when installing mentions 'bb-config.php', but bbPress
(or at least my version of it) uses 'config.php' instead. The former
would be the more logical option, of course. I'd be happy to file a
bug report for this (and heck, maybe fix it as well), if only I knew
how. =]

Oh, and since I'm asking anyway: how important are those headers in
the .po file? I can fill in some stuff, but I don't know if there are
some official guidelines as to what should go where, and in what
form. I *think* it will not cause bloodshed and tears if it's
slightly off, but I'd like to do things right.

Best regards,

Max
