Comment:

 #57574 proposes to add a Download link in the Media Library, where it
 already has a Copy URL button.

 Opening the View link's context menu might work well enough in the Post
 listings already. However, if the URL is not all Latin characters, a copy
 button could give the readable decoded version of the link.
 `example.com/άρθρο/` instead of
 `example.com/%ce%ac%cf%81%ce%b8%cf%81%ce%bf/`
