 Thanks for the suggestion, @NekoJonez!

 I think that something like this is already possible: When hovering any
 post or page in the respective lists, there is a "View" link shown (to
 open that post/page). If you right-click on that and choose "Copy link
 URL" (or similar, depending on your browser), you get the desired URL in
 the clipboard for reuse elsewhere.

 I don't think that adding a dedicated Copy button will add much extra
 benefit over this, but might instead be viewed as another user interface
 element that could make the screen look bloated and confusing to new or
 inexperienced users.

 I'll therefore mark this ticket as a potential "worksforme" candidate,
 pending other developers's feedback.
