[wp-forums] "official" policy should be made

Okay.  Proposal:

If you're going to offer something for purchase (hosting, themes, 
customizations, counseling, hand-holding etc.), then you need to post to the pro 
list.  Posting to the support forum will get your post closed, with a reminder 
and the list addy.  Outright spam etc. will be treated to summary execution as 
per normal.

That leaves the grey area of stuff like Semiologic.... and apparently we've 
already been "put in our places" on that.  I refrain from further comment.

Moshu, I'm very glad to see you're still reading herein.  And I actually like 
your proposal too.  I'm not sure if we could implement that without "godlike" 
intervention however.
