Comment:

 I attempted to apply the latest patch against `trunk`
 (7.0-alpha-61215-src).

 The patch did not apply cleanly. Several hunks failed in `wp-admin
 /options-privacy.php`, and a reject file was generated.

 Given the age of the patch and changes in the Privacy settings page and
 related code since then, the patch appears to be outdated.

 Since the patch cannot currently be tested, I have removed the `needs-
 testing` keyword and added `needs-refresh`.
