Comment:

 I attempted to test the latest attached patch using:

 {{{
 npm run grunt patch:26268
 }}}

 The patch did not apply cleanly against current `trunk`.

 The following file had failed hunks:

  * `src/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-terms-list-table.php`

 A reject file was generated:

  * `src/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-terms-list-table.php.rej`

 Given the age of the latest patch and the amount of changes in list
 tables, taxonomy UI, and admin screens since it was created, the patch
 appears to be outdated and needs to be refreshed against current `trunk`
 before meaningful testing can be performed.

 Since the patch cannot currently be tested against `trunk`, I have removed
 the `needs-testing` keyword.

 This ticket already has `needs-refresh`, and a refreshed patch would be
 required before further testing or UX feedback.
