 === Environment
 - WordPress: 6.9
 - PHP: 8.4.17
 - Server: PHP.wasm
 - Database: WP_SQLite_Driver (Server: 8.0.38 / Client: 3.51.0)
 - Browser: Chrome 144.0.0.0
 - OS: Windows 10/11
 - Theme: Twenty Twenty-One 2.7
 - MU Plugins: None activated
 - Plugins:
   * Test Reports 1.2.1

 === Steps taken
 1. Head over to **Appearance > Customize > Widgets**.
 2. Click any of the headings there or add a heading block and click the
 three-dot button to open the options menu.
 3. Click *Show more settings**.
 4. Under Color, pick either **Text/Background**, and in the color popover,
 click the color selector.
 5. Observe the positioning of the color picker.
 6. Pick any desired color, and click away from this area to close the
 picker and popover.
 7. Repeat step 4, and observe if any click events are triggered when you
 do this.
 8. ❌ Bug is not occurring

 === Expected behavior
 - The color picker should be fully visible and positioned in an accessible
 place.
 - Clicking the color popover again after selecting a color opens up the
 color picker.

 === Additional Notes
 - This issue no longer exists.
 - I believe the issue was most likely fixed in Gutenberg; I was not able
 to pinpoint the PR that fixed it.
