 1. Performed a fresh WordPress installation using WordPress and completed
 the full setup flow to observe the default (pre-patch) button styles,
 sizes, and placement.
 2. Applied the patch from PR #8394.
 3. Re-ran the full WordPress installation process.
 4. Compared the installation screens before and after applying the patch,
 focusing on button style, size, and placement consistency across:
    - Language chooser
    - Welcome message
    - Database connection
    - “All right, sparky”
    - Installation
    - Success screen
    - Login screen

 5. ✅ Patch is solving the problem

 - All primary action buttons that move the user to the next step during
 setup and installation are displayed as:
   - Primary buttons
   - Large size
   - Right-aligned
 - Button appearance is consistent across all installation screens.
 - Navigation flow remains unchanged and functional.
