 - Theme: Twenty Twenty 3.0
 - MU Plugins: None activated
 - Plugins:
   * Test Reports 1.2.1

 1. Head over to **Appearance > Design > Patterns**.
 2. Observe this page.
 3. ❌ Bug is not occurring

 - Patterns are available and visible

 - I used the Twenty Twenty theme as suggested by @eddystile.
 @DanielSantoro, if this is not the right theme, kindly add some test info.
 - I also believe this issue is related to Guternberg and should have been
 reported in that repo.
