New description:

 Our current phrase is:
 > You will receive an email message with instructions on how to reset your
 password.

 'message' feels redundant and outdated.

Comment:

The text was updated for clarity in #49346 / [47232].

The word "message" might not be necessary, but I think it could help
distinguish between an email address and an email message ("email" can
 refer to either).

Looking at some of the [https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev
 /fr-ca/default/?filters%5Bterm%5D=You+will+receive+an+email+message 108
 translations]:
 - Your German translation plus all French and Portuguese translations have
a form of "email" without "message."
 - On the other hand, Austrian and Swiss German plus all English and
 Spanish translations include "message."
