Comment:

 Since the previous commit was reverted and the ticket has been reopened
 without any new changes, there is nothing new to test right now.

 Removing `needs-testing` for now. Once the related issues are resolved and
 the patch is updated again, we can re-add `needs-testing` and test at that
 time.
