Comment:

 Tested against trunk (7.0-alpha-61215-src).

 Attempted to apply 44976.2.patch using `grunt patch:44976`, but Grunt
 could not locate/apply the patch file:

 This indicates the patch is outdated or incompatible with the current file
 structure, so testing is not currently possible.

 As this ticket is quite old, requesting reporter/component maintainer
 feedback on whether this change is still needed and if an updated patch
 can be provided.
