Comment:

 I attempted to apply the available patch (39334.2.patch) against current
 trunk (7.0-alpha-61215-src), but the patch task could not find or apply
 any valid changes.

 Because the patch cannot be applied, testing is not possible at this time.
 It appears the patch is outdated or no longer compatible with current
 core.

 Removing `needs-testing` and adding `needs-refresh` so the patch can be
 updated before further testing.
