 === Steps taken
 1. Install a second language from `Settings > General` by changing Site
 Language and saving.
 2. Set current user's language from `Users > Profile`
 3. Logout
 4. Confirm that you see the `language selector` on the login screen
 5. Select the desired language and click `Change`
 6. Login
 7. Confirm that dashboard language reverts back to the user's preset
 language
 8. Log out
 9. Apply patch
 10. View the login screen and select a different language than user's
 language click `Change`
 11. Confirm that dashboard language now changes to the language set at the
 login screen
 12. ✅ Patch is solving the problem

 === Expected result
 - We are expecting the user to access the dashboard with the selected
 language at the login screen. Patch is solving this issue as expected.
