 Tried applying the
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/37773/37773.2.diff
 patch] to trunk but it failed to apply cleanly. This is an old patch and
 will need to be refreshed before proceeding with testing. Removing `needs-
 testing` and adding `needs-refresh`.
