Comment:

 I attempted to apply the latest patch (49871-2.diff) against current trunk
 (7.0-alpha).

 Patch results:
 - src/wp-includes/canonical.php → hunk failed (.rej created)
 - src/wp-includes/link-template.php → hunk failed (.rej created)

 The patch does not apply cleanly, so testing is not currently possible.

 Since the patch cannot be applied, keeping `needs-testing` would be
 misleading. The patch should be refreshed first to match current trunk
 before further testing.

 Removing `needs-testing` and marking `needs-refresh`. Testing can resume
 once an updated patch is available.
