Comment:

 I attempted to apply the latest patch (55290.2.diff) against current trunk
 (7.0-alpha).

 Patch results:
 - src/wp-admin/includes/image-edit.php → 1 out of 4 hunks failed (.rej
 created)

 Since the patch does not apply cleanly, testing is not currently possible.
 Keeping `needs-testing` does not make much sense until the patch is
 refreshed to match trunk.

 Note: I previously added `needs-refresh` 2 years ago, and the patch still
 requires an update.

 Removing `needs-testing` for now and keeping `needs-refresh`. Once the
 patch is refreshed and applies cleanly, we can retest.
