Comment:

 `39945.diff` failed to apply against `WordPress 7.0-alpha` with conflicts
 in `wp-includes/class-wp-query.php`.

 **Recommendation:**
 Since the ticket is 9 years old, verify the issue persists in the current
 codebase before refreshing.

 Removed `needs-testing` because the patch fails to apply, rendering
 testing meaningless. Added `needs-refresh`.
