 Embeds: Remove screencast.com from oEmbed allow list.

 Screencast have updated their URL structure to use a sub-domain and the
 prior oEmbed endpoint in the allow list now returns a 410 Gone response.

 onwards.

 Merges [60345] to the 6.8 branch.
