 @dustintechsmith This is not a Screencast tech support avenue. It is
 inappropriate to suggest sending support requests for your commercial
 service to an open source project maintained mostly by volunteers. I
 understand that launching new infrastructure and continuing to support old
 data is a significant undertaking, but this "disservice" is a problem of
 your own making.
