 Possibly a zoom call or scheduled call could be useful here. This is a
 user that changed a variable that broke an existing embed we were using
 for testing. That said we took extreme care to ensure that things would
 not break during this change of URLs. As described above we can't prevent
 users from moving their content and thereby breaking an existing link. We
 do support all content that a user previously embedded with the URL
 screencast.com. I think this is a disservice to those leveraging this that
 have not moved their content in the service and want to keep links
 functioning. We are taking something away from that group. I have been
 shielding our customer complaints from this ticket and saying we are
 working with WordPress but I can start directing them here to convey this
 concern.
