 I've read this whole report, and at this point

 I'm thinking: Why this has not been released as a feature plugin?
 It is been released like iteratively and still needs plenty of parts to
 finished.

 It has been stuck for more than 5 years, and obviously lost all the
 momentum.

 But still this could be an option.
