in Twenty Seventeen theme.

 Steps to reproduce the issue :-
 1. Choose Twenty Seventeen theme.
 2. Choose Media & Text block.
 3. Add some text.
 4. Now take heading inside media & text block.
 5. Change font-size from the parent from the Media & Text block settings.

 You can able to see that your applied font size are only updated with the
 paragraph and your heading font size is not changed.
