 It's not just the combination of full black and full white. Even full
 white alone for the background is known to be non optimal for readability.
 It could be even hurting for some users. We should avoid eye strain. I'm
 not opposed to change the admin background but it shouldn't be full white.
 If the new design system asks for full white background, well I would
 srongly recommend t  reconsider that decision.
