 `WP_RUN_CORE_TESTS`, but kudos to @SergeyBiryukov, that check is already
 in place in the patch as committed.

 The check wasn't included in r59085, which was the latest when I wrote
 that comment. Sergey added it in r59086 to fix the problem I reported. 🙂
