 I am the "owner" of this ticket, have been since it was opened? :)

 Also not sure what "no agreed upon patch" means here? Seems the patch
 works well after the two months long review by @peterwilsoncc?

 From the [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/6407
 review/discussion on the PR] it became apparent that this actually fixes a
 pretty nasty bug introduced in [57868]. Because of that changing type to
 bugfix and returning to the 6.6 milestone.

 Planning to commit it tomorrow.
