 I just noticed there is a bug when searching for a theme and hitting
 enter. After doing so, the field is emptied and the page refreshes.
 Without actually searching.

 **Steps to reproduce**

 Appearance > Themes > Add new. Put something in the search field and hit
 enter. The page will refresh and nothing will be searched for. Before WP
 6.6, this used to work.
