 where there is a jump in position when switching between tabs. This issue
 has been addressed in ticket #26498 by setting the transition property to
 "none" on the plugin information dialog tabs. This change prevents the
 tabs from jumping around when transitioning between them. The resolution
 has been marked as "fixed" and the status of the ticket has been changed
 to "closed."
