 Shouldn't the deprecated function `start_wp` be replaced, as mentioned in
 ticket #3186 by Nazgul, especially since it is still used in several files
 such as `wp-atom.php`, `wp-rss.php`, `wp-rss2.php`, `wp-admin/edit.php`,
 `wp-admin/export.php`, `wp-content/themes/clasdic/comment-popup.php`, and
 `wp-content/themes/default/comment-popup.php`?
