 Hi @tracysurf and welcome to WordPress Trac!

 Bug reports and feature request for blocks are managed in the Gutenberg
 GitHub repository,
 and they need to be reported there, not on Trac.

 This is the list of issues for the navigation block. There are 222 issues,
 I went to through the first 7 pages of issues but did not find a matching
 existing issue:
