 https://learn.wordpress.org/online-workshops/, or https://www.meetup.com
 /learn-wordpress-online-workshops?

 I think it should be either the second or third option, and the title of
 the link should be something "Online Workshops". As this is the WordPress
 Events and News dashboard widget, I don't think it makes sense to just
 link to Learn.
